Application
Ask the client to look upwards while keeping their eyes slightly open. Apply the under-eye pads neatly beneath the lower lash line, securing the lower lashes in place. Ensure the pads do not sit on the waterline or come into contact with the eyes, and confirm the client is comfortable before proceeding.
