Application
Brush the applicator through clean brows, working in the direction you want the hairs to sit. Allow a few moments for the formula to set into place. Wear alone or use to finish your brow routine after applying your favourite brow products.
Ingredients
Formulated with glycerin, glyceryl stearate and vitamin E to help support softness, smoothness and moisture retention in the brow hairs. Propylene glycol provides additional humectant support, while conditioning emollients help improve the feel and manageability of the hair. Film-forming ingredients including PVP and VP/Hexadecene Copolymer help keep hairs neatly styled and in place, leaving brows looking smoother, more polished and well conditioned.
