Application
Brush through brows to create desired shape.
Ingredients
Formulated with vitamin E, conditioning lipids and cetearyl alcohol to help soften and smooth lash and brow hairs while supporting a more flexible, conditioned feel. Decanoyl/octanoyl glycerides help provide lightweight emollience, while film-forming ingredients help coat and hold the hairs in place for a smoother, more polished finish. Together, the formula helps keep brows feeling soft, manageable and neatly styled.

Care
